Doing things the right way

ESG, which means Environmental, Social, and Governance, measures how a company influences society and the environment, and how honest and responsible it is.

At Freshpak we are determined to grow our business sustainably and by caring for those around us. We understand that what we do affects everyone we work with and the wider world. So we make sure we stay on top of all the current regulations, and where possible take extra steps to do even more.

We’re committed to our ESG Framework for the long term and aim to hit milestones like Net Zero by 2040. But we know things will change – New challenges will come along and technology will always evolve, so we’ll tweak our plans to keep up. And to keep things moving and stay on track, we set ourselves 5 year goals.

We will:-

Make sure everyone knows about our ESG commitment and why it’s a part of everything we do.

Focus on improving the core environmental and social performance indicators that really matter to our business.

Ensure that there are effective systems in place to check and measure our performance.

Create a framework for engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders, so everyone clearly understands how we will deliver on our shared commitments.

Work on reducing or eliminating issues that could negatively affect our business or reputation.
