Our products have been inspiring the every day in supermarkets, restaurants and hotels up and down the country, since the 1980s.
Plans were first hatched over 30 years ago and we quickly established ourselves as experts in egg processing. Today our specialist knowledge would take some beating! In all seriousness, we are proud to be a leading egg processor in the UK, so they’ll always be at the heart of our business.

We weren’t stopping there, we were the first to bring deli fillers to supermarket shelves and helped to shape the ready-made sandwich category. As market leaders, our creative chilled recipes continue to shake up a market worth over £100 million today.
The future
looks fresh
To meet the growing demand for healthy boiled and poached eggs, we cook more than 3 million eggs a week. Helping chefs to whip up delicious breakfasts that start customers’ days with a smile and to use in delicious deli fillers and food-to-go products.
Taking our know-how to the world of healthy snacking, customers can also tuck into a range of houmous, dips and mayo’s.

We’re always open with our customers. We love to show them around our factory, so they can see the attention to detail that goes into everything we do.
